Ukrainian Food Day will be held on March 10th 13:00-19:00 to celebrate the 210th Anniversary of Taras Shevchenko’s birthday. A poet and artist, Shevchenko (also known as Kobzar) was an important public and political figure, folklorist, and ethnographer. The event will also include poetry readings.

The set menu includes:
-Soup:
• beet soup Borshch (Борщ)
-Main dish:
•Varenyky dumplings (Вареники) or
•Holubtsy cabbage rolls (Голубці)
Dessert:
•Honey cake (Медовик) or
•Apple brownies
(Яблучне брауні);
-and Ukrainian winter drink Uzvar (Узвар).

The set menu price is 500 NT, and all proceeds will go towards our latest project.
